 Past Reflections' mission in creating a line of sewing patterns is to produce patterns which offer historical accuracy and great fit. All our patterns are drafted from antique garments and are graded to size by hand, in order to produce patterns that will fit, no matter what size the wearer is. It is important to note that NO sewing pattern will have a custom fit straight from the package. However we hope you will find these patterns simple to work with. Inside each pattern you will find an image of the original garment and some historical information. Instructions include digital images of patterns steps or line drawing, in an attempt to make the construction process accurate to the original design and easy to understand.
Though Past Reflections' experience in historical garments spans from the 1760s to the 1940s, we have begun the pattern line in the era of the American Civil War. Below you will find links to a page about each of our patterns currently available. To make browsing simple, we have divided our patterns into categories for women, children and mens.
